  1. Welcome to Battleship by David A. Down

  3. BACKGROUND: My sons like to play Battleship, but the only MSDOS version of
  4. the game I had seen required entering ship coordinates (yuck!).  I decided
  5. that I could do better so I wrote this program.  If you think it was a
  6. worthwhile effort, please let me know by registering the program.

  8. SHAREWARE: This program is being distributed as shareware in the hope that
  9. a few others will enjoy it and decide that it is worth sending me a few
  10. dollars to compensate me for the effort I put into creating it.  If you like
  11. this program and decide to keep it, please register it by filling out the
